BTA not looking good.

I have a BTA and a mating pair of Gold striped Maroon Clownfish. I have had the BTA for about 2 months. He is not looking good. His mouth is closed and not leaking any fluid. The problem is that he will not hardly extend any of his tentacles. He hasn't moved in a long time, so it seems that he likes his spot. He will still accept food. I guess the question is that: What happend to his tentacles? I can honestly say that for a month that my nitrates have been in between 5 and 10. Could this be the problem? Any suggestions?

i dont think its your nitrates. i have had mine as high as 60(before i added my fuge) and my sebae and white haitian nems have been ok. try some silversides or shrimp(from local grocery store).
