BTA On the move

My BTA has been in my tank for about a month or longer in one spot and recently it started moving arond the tank. up the rear glas but the bad thing is it keeps going on my skimmer intake and when I woke up last night I fount ot caught in the pumps stainer, it is fine I took it out and it went right back to the pump. I cant even run my skimmer because it wont stay off the intake pump. Help. why is it doing this?

He's not happy. What are all your tank stats. You can build a quick cage around the intake valve with egg crate. how often do you do water changes/ how big are the changes. If you do one big water change a month it could upset him with a big chemical change. Unless he is getting to close to something dangerous let him find his own spot. Oh ya last did you change your lights at all. Anything else you can think of that you might have changed in the past month.

I have changed the lights but that was like 2 days after I got the nem. I have started using RO/DI for water changes and top off also I have been topping off about every day because if I dont my skimmer goes crazy.

How often do you do water changes, and how much. And what are the parms of your tank whats the size of your tank

While I was at work yesterday the nem wondered to close to my Aquaclear 70's intake and now he is no more:sad2:
