BTA Overtaking my Tank

I am looking for some advice on how to get rid of some Bubble Tip Anenome. All my water conditions are great and lately my BTA have been multiplying like crazy and over taking my tank. Is there anything that I can do to selectively kill a number of them off?

The majority have really rooted themselves in the live rock and are almost impossible to remove. I can't keep up!!

blast them with a powerhead until they get mad and detach from the rock. then you can sell them. I have also heard of people putting ice cubes as close as possible to the foot. definitely do not kill them in your tank.

Thanks Guys,

I have tried both options and unless I pull all the rocks out and start breaking them a part, They wont budge.
I would have to dislodge and move my corals

how long did you keep the powerhead on it.... when I did this I put the powerhead about 2 inches from the BTA and left it for about 2 days before it finally let go

I once bought some on them from a gentleman who took the anemone rock and held it upside down outside the tank. After a couple of minutes the anemone fell off and into the water. I was pretty impressed

I tried the powerhead for 4 hours and the ice trick was only partially good to the ones who's feet were not really deep into the reef rock.

I had heard that Peroxide can help but I am really worried to try that

Get a bunch of pvc pipes and try to lodge them around the anemone. They should be fairly short, but enough so the anemones move into the tube to get to the light.

Use a maxijet, hold it in your hand and point the flow at attachment point, aiming to dislodge the foot. It will take time, so prepare mentally :)
