BTA question

I've had this RBTA for a couple years, it has split twice over time and all three host a pair of clownfish. They've been in the same spot right under the 175W MH and the tank conditions are very stable. It's a mature 75g mixed reef and the inhabitants haven't changed much.

I've noticed they have been shrinking a bit and morphing from a more Long tentacle to a typical bubble tip. I don't feed them much, but some krill once in awhile or a squirt of the tank food occasionally.

I'm worried that two of them have this odd structure near the mouth now and I'm wondering what's going on.

I've started to increase feeding a bit in case it's a nutrient issue and swapped out phosban for carbon in case it's a toxin from something.

Any ideas?
