i've heard that a lot of ocellaris clowns will host in a bta. however, on the guide stickied above, it doesn't say they do. i found a really nice bta locally, but i'm not sure if my ocellaris will enjoy it. is it just fish by fish basis, or should i be okay? thanks

My ocellaris pair hosts in a bta, they were in within a couple of weeks. I still don't know if this had anything to do with it, but I put some pictures of false percs hosting in anemone's on the tank where the fish would see them and they went in. It could be a coincidence, but it's worth a shot. Although mine host, I've heard others say theirs don't so it seems like it depends on the fish.

The guide probably lists natural hosts for clownfishes. Bubble anemones are not a natural host for ocellaris clownfish however their are many instances where they accept bubble anemones as a host.
