sorry i've been really busy the last 6 weeks or so gutting rooms and redoing them so raffle items from this end are looking slim. i did get 1 response thou since we talked last., but them agian some places just send stuff.

Barney, is good to start doing that and you always bring good points. I want Bubba for something else and he seems to be a good help in all of the swaps and the same with his sister and little brother (don't forget parents too). I'm typing as NCPARS member and BOD here,,
Lets get this going and lets see who is doing the registration. Other than registration we need to set how the program goes on as far as membership, raffle, and elections. How long do you guys think elections will take. Maybe we should check with Mo and see how he has his program set..

.. ThanksMo I think Kevin will be in touch, one idea we had was to see if you had some students who might be interested in working. We need people to manage registration (separately for swap and NCPARS?), to make membership cards for NCPARS members, to hand out the free frags (and to cut them if we have to do it that day), to work on the raffle, what else? Some of that is formally reefnest, some of it is formally NCPARS, but we should coordinate. I know the BOD members (and you) don't want to be behind the registration table all day, at the PSU swap we had some student volunteers we trained and then just checked in with.
I'm guessing leave an hour for the ncpars meeting and elections? That sounds long, but there's 5 formal offices, plus at large members board, we have to have nominations, get any comments, vote, then repeat. Everyone else could still be trading, but can the NCPARS meeting be in either a separate room, or else on one side of the room or something?
