These have been growing slowly for a month. What should I do to them?

the tank is 2 months old so im not that worried. I was just going to buy a Diamond goby and a brittle star or cuc.

Not sure about the 2nd pic (maybe diatoms?), but the first pic is bubble algae. You can remove it manually from the aquarium, but be very careful..........dont pop them or they will release the spores on the inside, then the problem will only get worse.

i put an emerald crab in my tank to get rid of my bubble algae. it worked well for me, but i don't believe that everyone has the same results so that might be worth a try.

Try to remove without popping the bubble and releasing the spoors. Anything with a point on it should work to pry them off the rock.

I would forgo the emerald crab or other critters that supposedly eat them .. yea they may eat a bubble or two but they also release the spoors which makes them contribute the problem.

If you have a bad rock ... then consider removing it. Another alternative is to place the rock in a bucket of SW and then scrubbing the bubbles off .. you then rinse the rock in another clean bucket of SW.
