Bubble anemone spewing stuff

yah when mine poops it gets extremely big for a day or so them spits white stuff out of its mouth

If brown stuff is coming out of its mouth, it's not "pooping". It's releasing zooxanthellae. If it's a new anemone, it may simply be adjusting to your lights. You will want to keep an eye on its color to make sure it isn't bleaching. If you have strong lighting, you may want to add a few pieces of window screen over the tank to shade the anemone. Then remove one piece a week to give the anemone time to adjust. If this is an established anemone, and it is releasing brown stuff on a regular basis, the nutrient level in the tank is to high.

So by nutrients you mean phosphate and nitrates?

+1. My RTBAS never "pooped". My ritteri did once, and that was during the acclimation process.

I bought a green BTA yesterday, today it was doing great, it had found a spot and is loving the tank, up until about 20 minutes ago I noticed it had shrunken alot and there was a light brown slime coming from it's mouth, it's tentacles look like they have been flattened and it's really limp it is white at the base of the tentacles but has colour towards the tips (colour it has always been since yesterday), it has a strong food hold on it's rock (its attached slightly to the side of the rock), it's mouth is open slightly at the top but is closed further down, there's no smell. I did try to feed it krill earlier (was told to by LFS) but spat that back out.

Nitrites are 0
Nitrates are 10ppm
Ph 8.2

I am running 2 T8 bulbs (old tank) one bright white and one Atlantic blue

I should also state that my LFS got it in yesterday afternoon and had just been deliver when I bought it, it didn't go in their tank but straight to mine and the colour of it was brown foot, white at the base of tentacles and green at the tips.

Now the lights are off it seems to open up and then close again and has done this several times, also last night I used a small blue hand held light I have to see its colour and there wasn't much to it, now however it is much brighter

Just checked it and its looking much better its now opened up and is allowing clowns to swim in it, its tentacles are nice and fat again and is showing up really well under blue light
