Is it normal for a bubble tip anemone to close up when the lights go off? My maroon clownfish is trying to rub against it but when the lights are off, the anemone closes up. Wasn't sure if this was normal.
Start out small with very small minced pieces. You'll know you fed too much when the BTA spits it back out about 5 or 10 minutes later and it still looks like what you fed it.
It should be spitting out only the wastes and what it cannot eat, and it should be a decent amount later than just a few minutes.
