Bubble Babies

So when i moved my bubble coral over from a friends tank, it was inadvertently damaged pretty badly during the move. It did recover and is back to full health, but i did notice that a piece of flesh was left disconnected on the outside of the skeleton. Now that little piece of flesh has withered and mostly died, but it has sprouted into baby bubbles. Can see full little bubbles and tentacles and they have taken a round shape. I can hardly contain my excitement.

I had this happen years back as well.

tried several times with pics. too fuzzy to see them. Will try to borrow a better camera to take some. The tentacles are showing more every day. What should these babies be fed? Or just let them grow with the light?

Curiosity, is what i have actually a bubble? I have always assumed so, but not really seen others where you seen the bubbles only around the outer edge. All others seem to be just a mass of bubbles and not circular like mine. Any thoughts

I let mine get a little more established and then carefully cracked the skeleton where the baby bubbles were and glued them to rubble or plugs.

They are growing. defined bubbles with little tentacles more visible. Skeleton base starting up. Have to find a camera that allows me to get a good closeup picture.
