I have been thinking of modding a G4 or g6 with a bubble blaster 5000s. How do these pump handle backpressure? How about an eihem? Suggestions/input needed.

I have an Oct Extreme 300 that I have modded with an extended neck cup and a BB5000. The skimmer sits in 10" of water. The top of the neck (were the foam falls over) is 27" high. I would think it would be fine for a G4 but the G6 is tall and may require a second pump unless it could stand in deeper water.
