Bubble Buster Pump Reliability?

I am really thinking of ordering the Octopus 5000SSS for space savings it has the pump in the bubble chamber under the plate. This will be the largest Octopus/MSX skimmer that I cold fit in my sump It would be over kill for now but I will be upgrading next year from a 120 to a 240 reef. The new Bubble Blaster Pump on paper seems to be in a class of its own I am just not sure of the quality of motors made in China. Maybe because I remember when Asia was just a source of copy cat junk I think they have proven from what I read that their plastic molding skills are up to par. What about the electric motors? If any body can comment on this I would be interested as I don't care to spend whats asked for on alternative brands.

its only been out a couple weeks, no way to tell what the reliability is at this point, but the warranty is long and the pump has an excellent power factor.

Its great that they are giving a 3 year warranty. I would like to know how it works. Do they immediately ship out a replacement or do you have to waste time shipping to them and waiting for a repair and then the return shipping? Depending on how its done you can be without a skimmer for some time . Maybe I will need to buy a spare motor/pump to keep going.
