Bubble Coral dying! Any suggestions??

My Bubble Coral, which I've had for 6 months, suddenly took a noise dive after I installed new powerheads. It was still in an area with low flow. Only about 1/3 of it is still appears alive. I moved him to my office tank (10 gallon with quad t5HO) which doesn't have fish in it and has low flow. It appears a little better, but what should I do to help save it? Any suggestions are welcome. I did do a coral dip yesterday as well. The attached pictures are of today.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

Any suggestions out there? Could I cut this type of coral separating the 1/3 that appears to still be hanging in there?

you know i often see this with these in lfs, im thinking it could be disease? A dip could either kill it if it has no disease or cure it...
