Bubble Coral help

I got a bubble coral a few months ago that was not in the greatest shape. Half of it was just skeleton and the other half had sad looking bubbles on it. The side with the bubbles is doing great now but the skeleton side is still just skeleton. I wasn't sure if it would regrow over the skeletal part and it doesn't seem to be. My question is should I cut the dead skeleton part off or will that hurt the healthy side. If I should cut it off will a dremel work, not sure how solid the skeleton actually is.

You should leave it as it is. It will eventually grow over the dead area. Bubble corals have always grown slow for me even with feeding. Give it some time and I think it will cover the dead areas.
