Bubble Coral Not "Bubbling"

its been a few more days - how is it looking?

Not good...
I've tested the water again, and everything is good.
I've even put in some Seachems to get the KH up to around 9, from 7.

It looks worse.
There's areas that appear to look like chewed gum that I guess are the bubbles completely deflated?

I'm wondering if I should just take it out, or what to do.
I'd offer it to someone local for free, if they feel like they can help it, but am I past that point?

Looks like it's going down hill fast. Be Careful when changing KH as if it's done quickly can **** things off more then doing it slowly. Don't know much about fraging a bubble but if it were something else I'd cut the dead sections as it might have an infection in that area. Good luck
 
I had a green one do that a long time back when I first started. All of it died except for a small bubble the size of an eraser. Now 3 years later that bubble is about 8" across and been fragged once, so don't throw it out.
