My bubble coral is acting up.
My leather, Fox coral, Torch Coral, Green Brain, Ridoccordias (sp), xenia, and two anemone (BTA and Green Carpet) are doing great, getting bigger and bigger. BUT my bubble isnt. It is in decline, Its neighbor is the Xenia and green carpet but thats bu about 6" its close to a powerhead but dosent get direct flow. What the hell is going on.

You say it is in decline... what exactly do you mean by this? Is the flesh receeding causing the skeleton to show? or is the flesh just retracted?

Do you feed it any meaty foods? if so when was the last time and did it accept the food?

It may be getting too much water flow when it's fully expanded, so this in turn is causing it to retract... if that is what's going on.

More detailed details will help us understand what's causing the problems you are having.

1st the skelton is starting to show.
I do feed it and my other corals once a week with a mix of cyclopeze and bio plankton. Plus with its position it gets peices from my daily fish feedings.

I moved the coral up and away from the powerhead. Not due to flow because when it was fully expanded before it was not near the powerhead's direct flow. But I moved it up closer to the light. It seems to be doing a little better now. It stays "inflated" more but still smaller.
