Bubble forming on Frogspawn

I noticed yesterday that there was a 1" wide bubble forming on one of its heads. Anyone know why it is doing this?

Is the bubble over the mouth?

My frogspawn did that 2 weeks ago after i added a new powerhead and increased the flow. I was a little worried but after about 2 days it went away and he looked the same as he always did??? I did see it expelling some waste before it went back to normal so maybe that had something to do with it.

How long has the bubble been there?

More often than not, that is the case! I have experienced that a couple of times...

My frogspawn is doing the same thing. Would a cleaner shrimp bother it?? Was thinking about getting one, or should I wait until the frogspawn completes growing a new head???

My head that had the bubble on it now has formed a new head!
