Bubble Magnus T-01 Question

I am in the process of setting up my BM T-01 dosing pump. I have it set at 40ml per day but I am confused at the next step. If I set it up 3 times per day does it actually dose 40ml over the three times or is it actually dosing 40ml three times a day?

I asked this same question when I was setting mine up. When you set the amount to dose, say 40ml, it will dose that each day regardless of how many dosings. It wont dose more than that in a 24h period. So if you do 40/2x daily, each dosing would be 20ml.

I do 140ml/24 so I dose around 6ml every hour
