Bubble Magus CR-120WP Calcium Reactor Issue - Please Help!

Hi guys!

First of all, sorry about my english

I bought the new bubble magus CR-120WP Calcium Reactor, but I think that I'm doing something wrong.
I built it as manual says but there is something wrong with CO2 reuse.

If I "shake it" to release gas and fill it with water and start it, everything works ok. But after a couple hours, it looks like a noisy skimmer. Still working like a charm, but noisy.

I have a friend that had the same problem and he blocked the CO2 reuse and everything was ok. But I really like to understand what happen with it, because I don't want to block the CO2 reuse.

How long has the reactor been setup?..if it's a new setup you need to run it for atleast a day or so to get all the air out of the system first before turning on the c02..

It is running for 15 days.

If I shake it and release the air, it works perfectly. But only for a few hours (the noise and the gas come back slowly).

Im with cr150 and ARM calcium media, and I have the same problem. If anyone know why and how can be solved, I will be really thankful.
