As you seen anemone was sticking on tank wall, so I put two stone beside of it to release wall. now clown do not like anemone as before and polyps are shrink.
ammonia and nitrit is about 0
nitrat 30
ph-8
temp 28
salinity 1.023

I changed all of water last week and i hope that all trace element are in good condition. I used Rea sea salt in my tank.

That's not an RBTA, that's a condylactis anemone and I'm willing to bet your lighting is the reason it looks like it does right now.

i used 3 branches of 36 wat led which have 90cm length and placed along tank length. one of them is blue and two other are cool and warm white with 14000 & 6000 kelvin.
at the morning i turne on blue ligth and after 1 houre warm white and after 3 hour cool white will turne on. after 4 houre turne them off in a same manner. the anemone is in the depth of 75cm and ligth is about 10cm above the water line. one wave maker works at the middle heigth of tank along the tank length and anemone is just benith the wave maker. so the reverse water wave hit to it that is not powerfull.
anemone is sticking the tank wall and i can not separate it with credit card. so i put two stone beside of it and i wish that it leave the wall and stick to stone. but it still sticking so hard on the tank wall.

36 watt total or each , how old is the tank?, anemones have a min of their own, you can not make it sit where you like

You need to let the anemone find its own place in the tank , if your water condition are good. was the lighting at the fish store similar, dimmer , morR blue? It's possible your lights too bright as well.

you just do nothing. it will move on its own. you do not need to mess with it. just keep the intake from you powerheads and overflow covered up so he cannot get sucked into them and chopped up

Wanting it to leave the glass wall is counter productive to the instinct of the anemone. You might want to Google anemone care and do some reading o what to expect.
