Bubble tip advice needed

I noticed that my gbta is expelling stuff from its mouth. Almost looks like it is turning inside out. It is totally deflated. Should I get it out of the tank before it dies and fouls the tank or could it come back?

Agreed, params, lighting that it was in prior and is under now, how long has he been in your tank, how old is your tank.
