bubble tip anemone lighting

I have a 30 gallon set up. Has been running for 8 months. I need to upgrade my lighting so so can get a bta
Would a Coral life 30 inch ho light. 4 bulbs plus led be sufficient?
Lighting is one area I can't grasp and understand completelty.
I hope I have included enough included for for some help!

For Bta's T5's, MH and LED work just fine in keeping them. You will have no problem with a reputable fixture/bulb combo on a tank that size.
