What about the one that split, whats the reason for that and is it to do with the lighting as well, will both halves survive?
I keep a BTA and a Condy... Very happy nem's, so I'll echo what others have said
1) lighting. Get this under control
2) p04... Mine swings around 0.4-0.5, but any higher and they look like crap
3) feedings... Shrimp, crab, clam, silversides... All readily available.
4) stop moving them and their homes. Nem's are not a coral you can place for your viewing pleasure. Let them find their own space, and move your other coral to suit them. Once they are happy, they generally move very little.
5) bring your salinity up. I keep mine at 1.026. It works. Do it slowly. They really despise param shifts.
6) get an ATO and make sure it's working.
Also dont feed anemones silversides, there have been recorded setups where anemones have died from them.

My BTA in the last week has moved on the back side of a rock in the back of the tank in terrible lighting/flow. Was hoping he would move but a week in he's still there. Should I pull the rock and move him, or just let him figure it out?
Let the anemone go to where it wants to be, they will move to where they are happy that doesnt always mean a spot where your happy though
I just skimmed through the thread, but it's worth noting that you don't need to feed nems at all. I've never fed any of my bubble tips anything...ever, and they look great. They're mostly photosynthetic.
