Bubble Tip Help!!!

Hello, I need some help. Urgently I think too...


For the last month my bubble tip has been shrinking..it started after I added a bag of live sand to my to boost my sad level.. Since then it has shrunk from about the size of a soft ball to about the size of a tennis ball. Its also lost a little bit of color in the last few days. I rotated the rock its on more into the light and I've been feeding it a little more often. It usually east a little bit of brine or mysid shrimp. Should I try something else?


Any advice would be greatly appreciated right now! Thanks!

When I add sand or stir it up I make a few things mad that stay mad for about a week.

What are the test levels like?

What type lights? (do they need replacing?)
Has it split? Ever? Is it now?

I did add a aqua-mag rock and a thing of macro algae.

I've noticed that before so since it was a pretty major stir up of sand I figured I'd give it an extra week or two. Then I noticed that it wasn't getting better...

The tests are as follows:
Nitrate: 1-2ppm, Nitrite: 0ppm, Am: 0ppm, Po4:0ppm, PH: 8.2, Alk: 9, SG: 1.023, Mag: 1300, Cal: 400.

So my water is pretty darn perfect. And I just did two 4g water changes over the weekend...

I have a Kessil A150W 10k LED light. Its only a year old.. So I don't think the light is a problem..

And it has never split. Could it be getting ready to?
