Bubble tip

I recently bought a bubble tip that Has moved from the bottom left corner of the tank wher there is moderate to low flow an good light to the top of the tank at the corner of the overflow box.... What kind of flow and light should it have?

It'll move where it wants trust me I had one years ago that killed my chalice I like the anemone better

I wouldn't try to move it, unless it is on the glass and on a collision course with a powerhead. If it is on a rock and a collision course I would just unplug the powerhead and wait and see.
