bubble worms?

i have one rock at the top of my tank that is always covered in bubbles. today i realised its worms (or something of the like) making these bubbles. every day i take a turkey baster and blow the bubbles off but today i watched it for a few seconds after and all these little holes with tenticles came out and made new bubbles. any idea what it is? harmful? how do i get rid of em? i could try to get a pic if needed. these, if im correct, are the same worms that send out 'webs' to catch food and then reel them back in.

Its most likely just oxgen bubbles being formed from algal photosynthesis and the worm poking around is causing the bubbles to break free. That or someone has been putting baked beans in your tank...lol
