Bubbles

Still setting up my 28G Nano-Cube w/ stock equipment and finding lots of small bubbles coming into the aquarium. It seems that water in the pump columns is low. Any ideas on adjusting this problem? Will these bubbles affect fish or corals?

I had this problem with my 28g biocube. The water in my sump area needed to be filled way above the max fill line so that I wasn't getting bubbles.

I'm not sure how much different the Nano-Cube is over the BioCube. If this doesn't help much, you may want to post in the nano forum...I'm sure there would be lots of people with that type of tank.
