Buffalo Coral Reef

My wife and I drove up to Buffalo on Sunday to visit Buffalo Coral Reef. Mike is such a great guy and his stock is just really amazing. Just when you think he doesn't have something he walks you over to a tank with plenty of it and more.

He has some very nice, rare pieces that I'm looking forward to getting my hands on. And while I love my LFS's here in Rochester and I'm extremely grateful for them, you folks in the Buffalo area are lucky to have an LFS like that. I picked up a nice RBTA, some pulsing Xenia, Button Polyps and some Green Star Polyps. He had a very nice piece of what looks like Sunset Montipora too that I hope to put in my tank one day.

I'm sure most of you have been in there but those who haven't should take a drive over.

We got some great stores over here it's worth the trip! ARC and Buffalo Coral Reef are awesome, then there's also Saltwater Paradise, a new place in Hamburg and that place in Lockport.

Place in Lockport? Didn't know about that one. Have to look into that one. Actually just left buffalo coral reef, he may have a 90 for me very soon, so will most likely be looking for more equipment.

Pets plus I think it's called. I haven't been there in a year or so but it's pretty nice.

We're going to take a day to go back and try to hit them all. Our daughter goes to college in Buffalo so we tried to find a store that was closest to I-90 until we learn the different areas. I've heard a lot of great things about the stores in Buffalo, I envy you guys for having more stores to choose from. :fun2:
