Bugs! Help

Ok so all of a sudden i find alot of my colonies receeding badly. Upon further invetigation i found these tiny white ball looking bugs on my zoanthid and pallys also tiny lil black ones. I dipped them last night but to no avail. There are more bugs on them today and they are still closed up and dying. Someone have helpful tips for me Please.
