"Bugs" on softies

Anyone have any idea of what these are? Have small legs and fairly long antennaes, not worms as they appear in photo. Also can move fairly quickly.

New-ish tank, so no fish in the tank to keep them in check. I think my spingerri damsel in QT would make short work of them.

Can't tell if they are pestering coral or just eating the sheds...any ideas?

Tough to tell from that pic, but it sounds like they are a variety of copepod maybe?

they're small so it's hard to get a good pic. I'll try again to get a better photo.

They are long and slender unlike most copepods I've seen. Look like a worm at first glance but then I noticed have legs & antennas and they don't move like a worm.
