Bugs?!!?

I don't know where else to post this... tonight I was taking one last look at my 90g reef through the lovely lunar light and thought I saw a flea type insect crawl across some of the live rock. I grabbed my flashlight- to my surprise there were about ten. Can anyone tell me what these are and why are htey crawling all over? Are they harmful?

I checked them out last night on the web found some really detailed information. I guess I am going to have to catch one and inspect to determine species. Apparrently most are benign but several can eventually kill fish. I found nothing that said any were harmfull to coral- that was my first concern. Now I am really curious about these creatures... after I posted my original message I watched them for awhile and there were literally hundreds of them. It was definitely something to watch.
