thats the stand, made out of bunch 2x4 and 2 full sheet of 3/4 plywood , 4 by 8 feet sheet on top and bottom ,,,, everthing is screw and glued , while building it in house , take 75 percent of the living room , took week vacation to start this project , did alot of research on plywood tank and then just needed some time and money so took full week pay and got my wood then took my vacation , what a vacation to work on a tank and stand ,lol i had fun building and designing everthing , good times alot of time spent planning and drawling it out ,,,,

I'm planning on a 400 plywood build this Spring and was curious what you decided on using for a finish on the inside? Liquid Rubber or epoxy. Seems some of the more recent builds have been using the liquid rubber. Jerry.

I'd be interested in the pics of your sharks as well. Plywood tanks have been an interest of mine so i'll be along to see how this progresses.

since i got the stand built , next the tank , i follow the garf site for plywood tank mosty only different i made really for my tank was the top and bottom , i made my bottom of the tank 1 and 1/2 inch wider so i had to drawl out the sides on the bottom of the plywood , that part took alot longer to drawl out and measure out where the sides were going and where to drill my holes ,,,, anyway the bottom of the tank is 1 and half in wider then the sides and the top is built the same way , ill post the pics tonight , i have dial up ( , i know old school lol ) and very slow to add pics more to come in few
