Ok I have done corals in the past and there nice and I love them but on this new build I'm going for the beauty of Fish.
So with that being said, its a 180 gallon tank I will be running it into a Bashsea Sump with a Bashsea 8-30 twisted skimmer( a dct-12000 pump with run it), for my return I will be running a reeflo dart.
I plan on running a manifold off the return to feed the carbon reactor and UV.
In the sump I'm planning on a sand bed with a cuc with some type of micro algae.
Now with this much filtration is there anything else I should be adding?
Inside the tank I will have dual rw-8s for flow, I'm going to have a decent amount of rock but more of a open lay out so we can see the fish swimming and such.
One question that pops up is should I have the uv and carbon reactor drain into the section where the fuge is or into the area where the skimmer drains(the main drain area of the sump)
Also the fish labled Reef safe with cation is that because they eat corals or inverts?
I ask Because I would at least like to have a bubble tip or two for the clowns
