Bulb question for 28 nano

I have the cf quad is there only one bulb that you can get. I didnt realize it was a cf quad at the time of purchase (used) and just saw 4 bulbs and though oh cool. well no its one solid bulb anyone experiment with wiring up their own?

nah this is a temp tank ive got my 75 in the basement but the basement is on a 3 year remodel plan lol
