Bulb recommendation for sunpower?

TANK 66 INCH X 28 INCH X 20 INCH HIGH = 160 GALLON MIXED REEF

LIGHT IS 60 INCH SUNPOWER 8 X 80 WATTS

A) HOW HIGH YOU RECOMMEND OFF WATER?

B) WHAT BULBS YOU RECOMMEND? AND WHAT ORDER STARTING FRONT TO BACK?

THEY ARE BOTH FROM A FEW YEARS BACK AND BOTH KNEW THEIR ****!!! hahaha

from my experience and taste, I would do these combo. at about 8-9" above the water line.

1-Blue plus
2-Blue plus or (actinic)
3-coral plus
4-Blue plus
5-Blue plus
6-coral plus
7-Blue plus 0r (actinic)

She's going to produce a lot of light !! I'm setting up a 180 gallon and have the same light fixture. Probably going with 5 Blue plus, 2 coral plus and 1 actinic.

The first channel is two bulbs and will be one Blue+ & 1 Actinic.. These go on for 2 hours before the additional 6 bulbs. The 6 bulbs (channel 2) run for 6-7 hours, then go off. Channel one remains on for 2 more hours.

For sure this combo produce the best results for me but 2 & 8 were Blue+

I believe this light has 2 channels. One with 2 bulbs and the 2nd with 6 bulbs. Do you know which positions are for the 1st channel?

I'd squeeze in a P+ somewhere, maybe even two...maybe take out an actinic

I would not put in two Purple +s; I would not put any in together with the Coral Plus. My 2cents.

Depends entirely on what your visual preferences are. Blue, white, or in between
