i bought the 24 inch maristar 250watt with 2 t5 bulbs and love this fixture.i have the phoenix bulb now and i do like it.it runs white with a tint of blue not crazy blue.i have the bluewave 3 ballast on the ballast its says 250w m138.is this a magnetic ballast and is it good to run any double ended bulb even the radium bulb if i go that route.i read people run the galaxy ballast for energy savings but the ballast dosent run the bulbs to specs like a magnetic bulb is that true. so in the end is this a good ballast to run any double ended bulb out there.
