I have sent Andrew from BRS an Email, I am still seeing the higher price for the one item I am getting that qualifies for a lower price. Anyone else have this issue?

Did you get the mail that you were set up?

If so, it is possible that some items may not have a lower price, but msot do. What was the item and the price you are showing?

That's because you got me your info later. It will probably come tomorrow. They asked me for what I had at present this morning so I sent it. They will add the rest tomorrow.

I did get the email. The Auto top off was still showing me the base price of ~39 instead of ~34.
