Ordered last night and it has shipped. I ordered the premim ROX carbon. I hope it's as good as the reviews stated. I want my water to be super clean for my seahorses.

They have very good service at BRS. Every order i have ever placed has always gone out the very next day.

Izabelle, I have never used the ROX but also have heard very good things about it. Im pretty sure that is what Tim uses and we all know how his tank looks

I placed my order last week! How long does it take these people to send you and email or at least let you know it has shipped. I saw no difference in my pricing at all. I am getting ready to set up a large system so I needed stuff anyhow, I wish it would just get here already. I mostly want the mag pump for water changes on my temporary system.

Anyhow, I guess I will just have to wait! If it takes this long to get something in the future, I don't think I will order from them again. Sorry guys.... Marine Depot always matches prices... and shipping is SUPER FAST!

Update: I got a conformation on why my stuff took so long! Part of my shipment was out of stock, I guess the perpetual inventory system was not working correctly.

No worries, I do like the guys over at BRS in the past they have been really nice. I am in no way bugged out about this order, it's not the end of the world. I guess I am just one of those people that need things the moment they hit the send button...

I will live...

I got my order in on Tuesday morning and it shipped Tues afternoon. It was a large order and they had everything, save one...I got an email (same day) saying that their pump dispensers for the 2-part jugs were back-ordered and would be shipped (at their expense) when they came in. Got another email today (Wed) saying that the pump disps. have been shipped and apologized AGAIN for the delay.

This is the first time I have ordered anything from them and their customer service is great. I have no doubt that their products are superior, as well.

so i pondered, then realized.

brs entered into this group buy under the pretense that we had "x' folks that wanted to participate. so they opened their doors to bargain basement prices with no guarantee that 'x' folks would participate. they could have taken a loss - i like the way these guys do buisness and glad to see - it appears we upheld our end of the bargan as well.

If you participated in the group buy then yes you should have a permanent discount. Calcium costs $16.99 for one pound but when I log in it only costs $14.99. I think thats pretty cool of BRS to do that too.
