I received my shipment yesterday and it looked like UPS had been playing "fungo bat baseball" with the box. The box was bent at a 30 degree angle, torn almost in half and taped up. And while BRS had nicely packed the 48" T5 replacement bulbs I ordered in bubble pack inside a separate cardboard tube inside the main shipping box (awesome packing job), they were shattered.

I phoned BRS this morning to report the shipping damage and two hours later I received an email stating they were sending me replacement bulbs.

Thank you Bulk Reef Supply! That's what I call Customer Service.

you can also fill out a complaint with the UPS and they will send you a check for the broken goods . It is not easy but i had to do this with my skimmer. At least BRS is sending you a new one.
 
man sorry to hear that. i work at ups here in san pablo and man they treat packages like crap. it all depends on who is loading ur packages. if they are in a bad mood (which most people are at ups) ur package will get thrown like a football, smash, kick and just about what ever u can think of. sometimes they open the box to see whats inside and if they dont see anything they like they will just tape it up. i ordered some t5 bulbs. MH bulb and test kits from reefgeek and when i got the package they had went through my test kits and too some stuff. called reefgeek and they replace the kits.
