Bulkhead Installation Question

I have a stand made of 80/20 aluminum that has top. My new aquarium has a center overflow with two drains and two returns pre drilled. I placed the aquarium on the stand and marked the holes. I wanted to confirm the bulkhead nuts and the 80/20 frame would not be in conflict. Sadly, it looks like I have a problem. The nut on the larger drain bulkheads appear to overlap the frame.

Any ideas of how to rectify this situation are appreciated.

You would have to make the stand deeper front to back. Move the tank forward enough that the bulkheads can be placed and the front is still flush with the tank.

Perhaps grind clearance in the top rear rail and place a second under it for strength. I have never used 80/20
