Bumble Bee Snails

Anyone have any experience/opinions about Bumble Bee snails as a part of a cleaner crew???
One site reported some incidents of them eating zoas - any comments?

I have one but I have never seen it eat any of my zoas.

always seem to give me problems go with nerites or chestnut turbos if you are looking for something different

The lfs my me has hundreds in there frag tank, but I have heard that they are carniverous, predatory and bad. Im sure ryan will chime in here with a link soon.
