Directly under my vlamingi's eye she has two small pinkish bumps. She has had them for about 2 days and today is the first time is really seems to be effecting her. She is higing in the back behind the rocks, which she never does. I had her to come out for a little bit and she looked slightly discolored. She ate one flake and went back.

She gets a mixture of aquadine-frozen mysis/brine w/ spirrila soaked in garlic. Ammonia-0 Nitrites-0 PH-8.0 Nitrates are a little high at about 80ppm. Is there anything I can do to help her out? Attached are the best pics I could get.

That looks like it could be a large parasite (like an isopod) attached to the fish. The bump in the larger picture looks like it is segmented like an isopod. Are any other fish affected? You could try a freshwater dip using water of the same temperature and pH. A formalin dip may work if the freshwater dip doesn't. If you don't want to stress the fish with a dip then you could try some praziquantel in quarantine. You may also have to treat with a good antibiotic in quarantine, because parasites often cause bacterial infections because of the wounds that they leave.
