Everybody Talks
Time to clean off my aquarium shelves. I've got a bunch of stuff available, most of it needs some cleaning and is priced to reflect that. As far as I know everything works, but some of the stuff has not been used for quite some time so I am selling as is.
Some prices are negotiable, feel free to make an offer.
Items are available for pick up in East Haddam (06423). I prefer not to ship as I would have to make a special trip just for that, but shipping may be available on smaller items at buyers expense. I occasionally make it up to PC and may be able to meet there as well.
Reef Keeper Lite- $75
Has head unit, PC4 and Itemp probe. I have this running on my pico right now (just the itemp) to to make sure it is working and it seems fine.
250 watt Metal Halide system (3 pendants w/ 4 ballasts) $175 (OR could split 2 pendants w/3 ballasts for $100 and 1 ballast w/Lumatek ballast $100). The one single ballast does not have the cords to it, so it will go with the dual ballast as a spare (those cords match up). The bulbs will be included, but need to be changed. These are the lumenarc reflectors as well. Reflectors need some cleaning and are priced accordingly.
I fired these up and everything was working fine. One of the ballasts in the dual ballasts was making a slight humming noise, but worked fine. The ballasts are very light and I'm 99% sure they are electronic. Company name on the ballasts boxes is cool touch lighting.
Lifereef Calcium Reactor w/ 5lb CO2 bottle (no regulator, I believe the reactor model is LCR1 and comes with the 6" flange extension): $200
As far as I know this works fine, but have no way of testing it.
Tunze Comline DOC skimmer (9010): $100 No magnets (bought before they included these). Only has suction cups, no other mounting hardware. Have not tested in a while but will try to.
½" Seaswirl: $50 Plugged in and it was rotating fine.
Kati-Ani system: $275 Never got this running (I bought it used from a person who hardly used it). A nice alternative to RO/DI systems with no waste water!!!
