Butterfly fish

i do.i have a copper band, he's worth every penny. ate every aptasia and eats frozen cubes like a champ.wish i had a rock full of APS for him to eat

I also have a copperband. Mine ate all the little volunteer feather dusters, hundreds of them in about a week, now he just eats pods and mysis. He wont touch aptaisia, bummer. And I was hoping he would eat up the zoanthids I have but no go there either.

Great fish, very personable, and hasn't been a problem at all. On all the butterflies make sure you get a nice fat one, a skinny beat up butterfly doesn't stand a chance.

I had two yellow pyramid butterflies in my reef for over a year before I moved. They nipped at my sps a little, but it wasn't too bad. I also had a copperband. In these pictures I didn't have many corals yet...

I've kept C. rostratus (multiples), C. ulietensis (3), C. lunula (multiples), F. flavissimus, H. diphreutes (multiples), H. acuminatus (multiples), and 2 C. capistratus (caribbean, four eye). The four eyes are generally not safe w/corals, and I've had occasional problems with H. acuminatus, mainly regarding compromised/terminal corals. Otherwise, they were fine.
