Buying a huge frogspawn.. is it a good deal??!

Ive been looking for a big frogspawn and this guy is offering to sell me his monster frogspawn for $180.. it has 70 heads so it comes out to around $2.50 a head, he says the thing is about the size of a basketball..

That is less then 2 bucks a head if you do the math. That is a good deal I would count the head. Just to make sure it is 70 head.

Thanks guys, I didnt want to have buyers remorse haha.. my fish store was selling a frogspawn just like this with 74 heads and they were asking $450.. so I guess $180 is ok with me epically if this is exacty what I am looking for

Great Deal! since it is from a fellow reefer, and he has it for a while, it should be safer than buying it from the LFS. From the LFS, you would have to check each head for tissue damages around the base and the skeleton. Making sure there's no damage and it won't lead to a chain reaction of tissue dying off. So great buy!

For that size it's a good deal keep in mind your not just paying for the heads your paying for the years it took for it to get to that size as wwll

Yea he grew it from one head and it took 6 years he said to get that size, not sure if thats the truth or not but he seems like he wants to get rid ofit because he has had it for awhile

Good deal I think. Especially because I just bought a single head of the same colored frogspawn today for $20.

I love it though. Not as nice as that one but it's a start.
