buying catalog items during the swap

During the upcoming swap, is it going to be possible to order items from the catalog that day?

Thank you for your question. You can certainly order in stock items out of any Drs. Foster and Smith catalogs during our 4th Annual Coral Conference & Frag Swap. There will be a shuttle picking up these items from our warehouse and bringing them directly to our retail store. However, any drop shipped items could not be ordered during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Should we call Saturday's pick-up orders in? If so, when do you suggest placing the orders by?

Thank you for your question. If you are expecting to order supplies from our retail store, there will be no need to call an order in before Saturday. As Chris mentioned there will be a shuttle that will be bringing orders from our warehouse to the retail store on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If you bring in a list of items, your order should be ready very quickly. Please remember any items that are dropped shipped will be unavailable for ordering during the 4th Annual Coral Conference and Frag Swap.

The warehouse is only a couple hundred feet from the store. Its not like the shuttle is going across town to get the items.
