I have been watching the for sale section and I haven't found any fungiids, elegance, blastos, brains, etc.. Is there a particular time of year tht people tend to sell them? I know in fw few people are selling right now due to weather. If I can get them at a comparable price, I prefer to buy from aquarist instead of from wild caught stock. Is there somewhere other than here that I should look?

you probably won't see as many in the for sale section simply because most of those for sale are frags and most people dont frag brains or elegances. You will see blastos though, just be patient.

In my area, Ive found right now is great for wild caught lfs coral

If you're looking for aquacultured corals as opposed to wild caught, a couple of the sponsors sell aquacultured corals: LiveAquaria and Pacific East Aquaculture. Both also sell wild-caught, but do have a selection of ones that are grown in tanks. I think there are a couple of other sponsors that have some aquacultured corals.

Another great way to get frags is through a local reef club or a frag swap. Check your local forums here on RC for information.

Local club is great, but I have exhausted that. Not many lps ppl around here.
