c/l question

just happen to look on c/l and see a pic of my tank and dont know if he is selling my old light ,but didnt let him have permission for pics of my tank to be used:confused:
 
$300 for light fixture aquatinics which I sold but the pic I also had led reefbrights on it so the pic of the loght on the tank would be false
 
I'm confused. You're upset about him using your image? Don't think you can do anything besides report the post. Even then, if it's not copyrighted, you're probably SOL. This is why most online vendors have a watermark type image overlay on their photos (liveaquaria.com).

Technically, all artwork is considered copyrighted the moment it is created.

I would email the poster, then report it. But that's just me.
