C-SEA December 12th Meeting Christmas Party!

Hi everyone! Once again it is time for the food and festivities that is our C-SEA Christmas party/dinner. As usual the club will provide the main course and each C-SEA member is asked to bring a dish with them. We know that everyone isn't as handy in the kitchen as they are with their aquariums so purchased food items would be just fine as well as homemade items.
We try to take this opportunity to relax and enjoy the friendship of the club members instead of the somewhat busy and purposeful feeling at most of the meetings. There will not be a speaker or a topic other than friendship and good tidings to all! Families are ENCOURAGED to bring children to this meeting. There are always lots of kids that they can meet and hang out with and there are other cool things geared toward the entire family.

We will be having the meeting in the Aquatics, Primates and Cats building where the shark tank is and we will get to watch a shark feeding specially for our club! It's neat to be able to walk around and look into the animal's living areas after dark without the usual crowds.

We always have a larger-than-normal raffle for the Christmas meeting and this one should not disappoint those that love to win.

In this thread I would like to start a list of items being brought by members so we don't all show up with the same type of food. I think I will be making a few dozen cookies with the kids to bring with us.

Let's hear what some others are bringing...

Is the Christmas Party the 12th or the 19th?
Thanks, Jeff

The Christmas party is December 12th due to zoo availability.

I dont see any one bringing any pop ,so thats what I'll do.

I believe the club will provide beverages, plates, cups, napkins, knifes, forks, etc. Also a main dish like pizza or wings. At least we have in the past.
Kevin?

yes... the club will supply the main course, drinks, plates, napkins, plastic utensils etc... just bringing a side dish or dessert would be great.

didn't see anyone with a pasta salad type thing yet.
