im cool either way . printed or embroidered, as long as they are good quality shirts , i dont think anyone wants the 1979 would series of rock tees that get 2 ft tall and 5 ft wide after 6 washes,,,,, boy was that a great show,, Screamin Ted , Journey, Aerosmith, AC/DC,Thin Lizzy, Scorpions. i do remember the first 2 hours , sorta fuzzy after that. i think my ticket was like 12 bucks .....

im down for 1 XL frag show shirt ( if you get them made up) , and 2 XL C-Sea club shirts . The bigger prints would be better screened , but we could do some smaller ones that are embroidered with your names or screen name on the fronts ,,and i dont think anyone wants to use the clubs cash , would have to be pre paid per person. that way no one is stuck with a bunch of extra shirts

"As has always been in the past." C-SEA has never had leftover tees while I was on the board going back for twenty years of ordering teeshirts to fill the demand. When we ordered tees in the past, most were presold and the few extra shirts the club added to the order were sold out fast with people turned away because they were gone. And since those shirts were added out of only part of the profit the club had already made, they could have been tossed in the trash without hurting the club's treasury.

But things have changed. It is a good idea to be cautious now that we have a soft economy. Commissioning them out with Cafepress is probably the right thing to do for now. I think I may buy a couple of those CafePress octopusses, and find someone to embroider the C-SEA initials on the "pocket".

so my nieghbor also owns a printing shop n would also b able to print names/or whatever u want across the back she does our high school senoir t shirts n run like 10-15 depending on the logo so if someone wants to start a new thread jst stating like what size u want how many/ the generic shirt info we can then get an idea on how many to purchase n me, murphs205,BrunoDurigon n who ever else can get some numbers goin n look more into the prices ect.

If you all know someone in your family that can do the work I vote we keep the money in the C-Sea extended family.

Having said that I can get a quote if that is the route we want to take.

As someone who used to work for a printer I will tell ya this.

If you have a in with a screen printer use it. They can order the shirts for you even in small quantities for super cheap. Jerzee is a good brand, Fruit of a loom sometimes good. I have several hold the shape perfectly I have 2 in a different color that shrunk in a weird way.

Also ask if it is fessable to hold that screen for reuse each year rather than making a new screen. It may or may not be cost effective.

If you are doing it for cost. no profit then 12-15 dollars 20 max depending on shirts chose. would be what you are looking at.

Say your doing the little upper left chest logo. that will work for tees sweat shirts and jackets. The big back or front logo would also work for all three depending on your likes and dislikes.

I am the one that designed the logo for the last shirt that was printed (back in 2006-2007) if you guys are wanting to use the same logo, and don't have it on file I can look through my disk and see if i still have it anywhere if you want.. Im sure i have it saved somewhere, but with 2 or 3 years gone by and a move to the sunshine state it may have been lost..

Jason, how are ya? I have the octopus logo you created and it is great!
I also have the other old ones like the tang with C-SEA below it and the old octopus logo. We just need to decide what type of printing, what type of shirts, who is going to do the work and then get sizes and quantities.

On another note, I grew up in Lehigh. Lived there for 16 yrs. We had a house on Lake Camile. My step-dad was the Lehigh fire chief.
We went back in 2000 and it was like a totally different town. Things have changed a lot since we moved from there in 1993!

Thanks for offering to search for the logo.
